Flowers were beautiful, but there were supposed to be Godiva Chocolates as well that were not delivered. I left a message and never got a return message or phone call. They got back to me today very apologetic and made things right. I will use them again. Thank you so much. ---- Florist's Response: Hello Mr. David we apologize for the inconvenience someone will be in touch with you soon we strive to give the best service always and if for any reason we missed the chocolates we have no issue on deliver the chocolates or refund you the value on your chocolates. Human mistakes happen and if we missed those chocantes again our apologies hope you give us the opportunity to make it up for you as this has been a very busy season since last week .

Beautiful arrangement for a dear family friend. It arrived on time and I was notified via email of the delivery. My first time using their service and it won't be my last!
